Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PromptFlip. By creating an account, you agree to them. They're written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us.

Who we are

PromptFlip is operated by Enzo Turletti, an independent developer based in Rosario, Argentina, referred to as “we” or “us” in these terms. Contact: [email protected].

The service

PromptFlip is a prompt registry: developers integrate an SDK once, and prompts can then be edited, tested, and experimented on from the dashboard without a code deploy.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to legally enter into these terms in your country.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by our payment processor, Polar. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing; canceling keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for (except during a trial, which ends immediately on cancellation).

We don't provide prorated refunds for a partial billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because a paid plan gives you immediate access to the service, you agree that this right ends once you start using the plan after payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PromptFlip for anything illegal.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Your content

You own the prompts and content you create in PromptFlip. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service — including sending it to whichever AI model provider your account is configured to use when you run or test a prompt.

You're responsible for the content of your own prompts and for choosing your AI model provider. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, how that provider processes your prompt or what it returns.

Ending your account

You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → General → Delete account — this is permanent and can't be undone. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or has unresolved non-payment, and we'll try to give notice first when practical.

No warranty

PromptFlip is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, email registered users.
